Prices

Cleaning fees vary based on the size of the unit, the number of beds and the number of bathrooms. A set flat rate will be created for each of your units based on those parameters. It will stay the same cost in most circumstances (contact for more details).

Damage Report

Our staff will be on the lookout for any damages. If they find any, pictures will be taken and sent to you.

Restocking

We will notify you if you are running low on supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, etc.

Linens/Laundry

We ask our clients to have at least three sets of towels and sheets for us to be as efficient as possible. You can use your own supplies or we would be happy to purchase them for you via True North Distributors and add the cost to your invoice at the end of the month.

Carpet Cleaning

Carpet cleaning is important and should be done at least twice a year. We have built a great relationship with Carpet Style Cleaning a locally operated steam cleaning specialist providing residential and commercial carpet cleaning (in Medicine Hat area).
